What can be returned?

  • Unused coffee beans: Beans must be unopened and in their original packaging. We understand that you might want to try a small amount before committing to a whole bag, so feel free to open one bag (up to 250g) for brewing. However, we can only accept returns for unopened bags.
  • Unused coffee apparatus: Grinders, French presses, pour-over cones, and other coffee equipment must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. If you've used the equipment, we cannot accept it for a return.

What can't be returned?


  • Opened coffee beans: As mentioned above, we can only accept returns for unopened bags of coffee beans. Once a bag is opened, the beans are exposed to air and their flavor can start to degrade. We cannot accept returns for opened bags due to hygiene concerns.
  • Used coffee apparatus: For the same hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used coffee equipment.
  • Coffee subscriptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for coffee subscriptions. However, you can manage your subscription settings and cancel it at any time.

How to return an item

To return an item, please contact us at hello@beamspecialty.com or come to our store. We will provide futher instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
